Can I see historical logs of my Philips Hue Bridge?

The way Philips Hue and its API is designed, it is not possible to retrieve historical logs. There is no such feature in the Hue Bridge.

This is also the same reason why Hue Log app needs to be locally connected to your bridge, and running, to collect events and build a log.

Hence, you cannot go back in time to figure out what happened. You need to start Hue Log, have it running (over night, for example) during the behavior you want to monitor.

I (the developer) wish there were other ways, but this is unfortunately a limitation of the Hue Bridge and the Philips Hue API, and not Hue Log.
